We are pleased to introduce our new variant of heated breathing sets for neonates, available from December 1st, 2025. In addition to the proven versions with an internal straight heating wire, we now also offer a solution with a heating wire integrated into the tube helix. This ensures even better heat performance and maximum user comfort.
Especially in high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), the new smooth-bore tubes with helix heating offer significant advantages: The smooth inner wall of the tube enables laminar and consistent gas flow, minimizing pressure losses and optimizing the transmission of oscillations. This supports stable ventilation and precise respiratory settings, even at very low tidal volumes. At the same time, the integrated helix heating ensures a constant temperature and prevents condensation formation within the tubing system.
