Breathing sets “Made in Germany”
At our Kammerstein site, we manufacture using in-house injection molding and extrusion lines as well as dedicated breathing set assembly. Our portfolio includes heated and unheated breathing sets for single-use applications in single- or dual-limb configurations. With more than 300 configurations in diameters of 10, 15, and 22 mm, we offer maximum flexibility to meet diverse requirements for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in intensive care units, subacute care, and home care.

WILAmed’s heated breathing sets are compatible with the AIRcon respiratory gas humidifier series (AIRcon Gen2) and with the most common intensive care ventilators. In addition to the proven designs with straight internal heating wire and coiled heating wires (Coiled Heated Wire), we also offer a solution for neonates with a heating wire integrated into the tube helix.
New: 180 cm Breathing System – Extension for AIRcon Gen 2
To expand our accessories for the AIRcon Gen 2 humidifier, we now offer a breathing system with a hose length of 180 cm.

- A coiled wire is longer than a straight wire that fits in the same space providing greater freedom of movement for patients.
- More flexible device placement – even over greater distances.
- The CHW distributes heat evenly, reducing unheated sections inside the hose and minimizing potential failures in the system due to condensate.
