As communicated in our customer information issued in January 2019, the AIRcon Gen1 product range was discontinued and replaced by the next-generation AIRcon Gen2 humidifier. Production of AIRcon Gen1 ended on December 31, 2018.
After many years of product support, we would like to inform you that the service life of the AIRcon Gen1 product range is now coming to an end.

Spare parts for AIRcon Gen1 can be ordered until March 31, 2027, subject to availability.

Effective April 1, 2027, manufacturer support for AIRcon Gen1 will be discontinued. After this date, the following services will no longer be available:

Please note that from April 1, 2027, original spare parts and manufacturer service support for AIRcon Gen1 will no longer be available. Operators remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and safety requirements for devices that continue to be used.

To ensure ongoing reliability, patient safety, and product support, we recommend planning a timely transition to the current AIRcon Gen2 humidifier platform.
